K. Komkrit Panonsatit said, About 15 years ago, I founded A35 Architect on January 20, 2012. It started from a small office. At that time, there were only two employees who received design drafting work. We worked day and night. During that time, I had the opportunity to receive a condominium design job in Pattaya for the Nova Group. Later, I met Mr. Harm, a developer from Heights Holdings. We worked together on many projects, the latest of which was Arcadia Millennium Tower.
I also worked with Mr. Winston of Riviera Group on projects like The Riviera Monaco, The Riviera Ocean Drive, and The Riviera Malibu. I was involved in both drafting and architectural projects. There is also work designed for famous hotels in Pattaya such as Holiday Inn Express Pattaya, and Courtyard by Marriott North Pattaya.
